Packaging for this product should consist of 25kg multi-layer composite paper bags or larger bags with a net weight of 500kg or 1000kg.

3. Product Use

C9 cold polymerized petroleum resin mainly used as an additives in paint, rubber, adhesive, ink, plastic floor tile, modified asphalt and other industries.


· Ink industry: The ink mainly uses C9 petroleum resin with high softening point. The addition of petroleum resin in the ink can play a spreading color, fast drying,brightening effect, improve the printing performance and other characteristics, but also improve the rheology of printing ink and the stability of the connecting material, and therefore suitable for a variety of printing ink.

· Paint industry: paint mainly uses high softening point C9 petroleum resin, such resin into the paint can increase the paint gloss, improve the film adhesion, hardness, acid resistance, alkali resistance, can be used in the manufacture of road marking paint, rust prevention system paint, in the ship paint, alkyd paint is also widely used.

· Adhesive industry: softening point at 100°C ----130°C petroleum resin mainly replaces the traditional modified rosin and terpene resin, has good adhesive properties, adding petroleum resin in adhesives and pressure-sensitive adhesive tape can improve the adhesive adhesion, acid resistance, alkali resistance and water resistance, and can effectively reduce production costs.

· Tires and rubber products: tires and rubber mainly use low softening point C9 petroleum resin, such resins and natural rubber rubber grains have good mutual solubility, no major impact on the rubber vulcanization process, tires and rubber to add petroleum resin can play a viscous, reinforcing, softening role.


4. Packaging and storage

  C9 cold polymerized petroleum resin should be stored indoors at an ambient temperature of not more than 35℃ and relative humidity of not more than 85%. The product can be transported by car, ship or train. Pay attention to fire prevention, sun protection, rain protection and hand hook protection, and the packaging should use 25kg multi-layer composite paper bags, or large bags with net weight of 500kg or 1000kg.
